Accepted Drawing Formats & Planroom Links

Send the current drawing set and available addenda. We review the files and confirm the takeoff scope, quote, and delivery date before work begins. We can receive documents through:

• Vector PDF Drawing Sets: Architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings plotted at clean architectural scales (1/8", 1/4", 1/2", etc.).
• Cloud Drive Sharing: Direct download links from Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Box, or WeTransfer.
• Online Contractor Planrooms: Invitations to Procore, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, iSqFt, Dodge Construction Network, or SmartBid portals.
• CAD & BIM Source Files: AutoCAD (.DWG) and Autodesk Revit (.RVT) files when available to extract exact structural elements.

Please ensure that all current addenda, geotechnical reports, project specifications (Divisions 01 through 48), and bidder instructions are included in the transfer.

Document Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We treat all contractor drawings, pricing strategies, and bid day figures with strict commercial confidentiality. Before releasing proprietary or government security-sensitive plans, you may request our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide your firm's custom agreement for execution.

Documents are stored in encrypted cloud environments and accessible solely by the assigned trade estimator and lead cost engineer working on your project.

Proposal Turnaround & Bid Day Delivery

Upon receipt of your plan set, our chief estimator reviews the sheet index and specification scope. You will receive an itemized proposal confirming the fixed estimating fee, delivery timeline, and trade assumptions within a few hours.

Standard single-trade takeoffs are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, while multi-trade commercial estimates are scheduled according to your specific bid submission deadline.
