What to include in your quote request
- Project and drawing issue. Include the address or ZIP code, drawing date and any addenda that revise your bid scope.
- Requested estimate. List the trades or buildings to cover. Specify quantities only, a priced estimate or a review of an existing estimate, and attach the bid form if you need a particular breakdown.
- Bid deadline and open decisions. Include the submission time and time zone. Flag any missing sheets or pending alternates so we can define them in the proposed scope.
