Sample construction estimates
A finished package is three files: an Excel takeoff sheet, a priced estimate when you order one, and color-coded PDF markups. Most single-trade estimates are $150–$1,000 and delivered in 24–48 hours. Most single-trade estimates are delivered in 24–48 hours; larger packages take longer and the written quote confirms the date.
What the deliverables contain
Priced estimate
The same quantities with material, labor, and equipment pricing when you ask for a price. The written quote names the rate source. A quantities-only takeoff does not include a price column.
Color-coded PDF markups
The drawing sheets with each measured item marked, so you can see what was counted. The markup is the check against the Excel sheet.
Redacted sample files
Real redacted sample estimates are not posted yet. This page is ready for them. When the files are available, they will be an Excel takeoff sheet, a priced estimate, and color-coded PDF markups, with client and project names removed.
