Do you charge extra for revisions?
Minor revisions and clarifications based on the original blueprints are always free. If a significant addendum is released or the architectural plans change fundamentally, we provide a transparent add-on fee for the additional labor hours.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery. For long-term partners on a retainer, we offer weekly or monthly invoicing cycles.
